Author a memoir

I intend to self-publish a short version of my complete autobiography starting with the first 18 years of my life.  There is much I must learn about the production of the book with the ultimate goal of selling enough to break even.  After the first start the rest will be much easier because I can learn from all my previous experiences.

BEAUTY

It has been said, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Beauty is in the heart and soul of your being.

The only beauty you see is what is inside.

The beauty outside is only a reflection, observation, an awareness of what is inside.

Se  dice que la belleza esta en el ojo que observa.

La belleza esta en el corazón y alma de tu ser.

La única belleza que se ve es la que esta dentro.

La belleza de afuera es solo una reflexión, observación, y un reconocimiento de lo que esta dentro.

Next Move

Okay, so I have a blog.  How do I get people to read my blog?  I shall now look into this and perhaps ask people who know all about Web Logs.

Like I said, I may be a slow learner, but I have a good memory at 83 going on 93.

June 1, 2011 is a good date to start thinking of summer time.  I have heard of June gloom.  June gloom is about the weather, not about me.  For me every day in June shines with the light that I feel deep within me.

Today I let my light shine.

Slow Learn

This method of communicating with the public was suggested to me by a friend and I am the kind of person that is not afraid to try something new and different.  Blogging very different to what I have done and yet there elements of the system that may fit well with what I intend to do with my life.

Therefore, even if it take a while I know I will get the hang of it and learn not only from the system but also from readers who choose to comment.

Like a local-motive I will start slow and pick up speed as I move down the line.  Please wish me well in my journey through the blog world.

Always a first

This is the memorial day weekend and it is time for me to try something new.  The blog appears to be a fun way to go as a first with the intent to communicate thoughts and ideas about life in general and about my life in particular.

I am a veteran remembering WWII.  May God bless America, land of the free.  I feel free to try something new and different and feel grateful that others have paved a path that I may choose to travel.

It is a start of something new and I know has great potential for good.
